Amazon Kindle Fire tablet

Let us start with the expected 7 "tablet. And what do we see? The device is much like a competitor called PlayBook from the company RIM, the manufacturer known communicators BlackBerry. What does that mean, rebranding in action? No!

Kindle Fire HD looks like to its counterpart in appearance only, and even then, looking closer to notice the absence of the camera, there are certainly a few differences. Also pay attention to our precious readers to some technical details: dual-core powerful processor and 8 GB of internal memory.

Amazon has developed the operating system based on Android, supplying it with access to your Amazon AppStore with a lot of applications, ultra-fast browser, Amazon Silk, a free (but only for 1 month ) subscribed Prime, using which you will have full access to all countless audio and video, magazines, and books, software and games stored on the server Amazon, but the absolute trump novelty is its price.

Buy Kindle Fire on the official website can be as little as $ 199. Shipment of the first "fire tablet" scheduled on November 15 this year.

New books in Amazon Kindle Touch and Kindle Touch 3G are regular e-books on the basis of e-Ink display. It is interesting that in the last 5 years, e-books readers have become common devices and no longer seen as something strange. Millions of people around the world use them, and some even believe that the e-Book would replace textbook in school.

E-Book readers have become lighter, thinner, lighter and easier to manage. These devices are available under the brand name Amazon Kindle Fire. The new line can be used to it and get lost: judge for yourself, it continue to sell large 10" Kindle DX, and our time-tested old friends Kindle 3 offers a new name Kindle Keyboard and Kindle Keyboard 3G.

Then even more interesting once released three new models of the fourth generation of the 6" screen: Kindle fire (simply and without hardship), is a book with the management on the buttons, access to the Internet through WiFi, slim silver-colored and light weight, Kindle Touch and Kindle Touch 3G. Let's look more closely at these two models.

Amazon Kindle Touch in detail

Kindle Touch looks like a younger model, but the size of a little more control and more comfortable. Amazon has mastered the technology of multi-touch, respectively, turn pages, highlight text, copy it and turn on every possible in the best traditions of the apple - fingers. In addition to "standard" multi-touch, the new technology is implemented Kindle Easy Reach - when you touch the screen most of the leaf through the book page forward, touching the left edge of it is flipped back and touching the screen at the top, a menu reader.

In addition to multitouch, the new Kindle implemented all the features of our old acquaintance Kindle 3 - to read the book "The Voice" (unfortunately only in English), play music, to climb on the Internet ( Kindle Touch 3G of course through Amazon) and use the built-in dictionary. The touch screen is made of technology books NeoNode, requiring no additional film on the screen, and therefore the brightness remains the same.

Incidentally quality screen of Kindle fire is worth mentioning separately, the new device uses a screen name E-ink Pearl 101, which has long remained out of competition for all consumer properties.

Well, the novelty has a worthy and interesting, and most importantly the budget: Kindle fire discount price on Amazon is only $139 to $189 (for high-end model - Kindle Touch 3G) U.S. dollars.

7-inch Amazon Kindle Fire HD appeared disassembled

Craftsmen from the site iFixit continue to please us with their creative disassembly, and another patient in the autopsy room to the table was the Amazon Kindle Fire HD with a 7-inch touch screen, on whose debut we wrote recently. Thanks to the efforts of enthusiasts confirmed that the core of the device is a dual-core OMAP 4460 processor from Texas Instruments, which has declared a higher frequency (1.5 GHz) and improved graphics performance compared to TI OMAP 4430 chip in the standard edition of Kindle Fire.

Note that the TI OMAP 4460 processor is used in a variety of portable gadgets, including a smartphone Samsung Galaxy Nexus. In addition, experts say the presence of a fairly capacious lithium-ion battery 4400 mAh, with characteristics similar to the battery in the standard Kindle Fire. This causes some to question the approval of the Amazon, an advanced modification of the firm that the tablet is able to work up to 11 hours.

Among other things, the interior of the device include a power controller and TI TWL6032 eMMC-Samsung KLMAG2GE4A memory capacity of 16 GB and DDR2 system memory as Elpida B8164B3PF-1D-F for 1 GB plus adapter Bluetooth 4.0. Add that easy access to internal components and the absence of adhesives allowed iFixit give 7-inch Amazon Kindle Fire HD very high rating in terms of maintainability. In other words, specialized workshops and even experienced users can easily make out the plate and replace the battery or display.

7-inch tablet Amazon Kindle Fire HD in comparison with competitors

The company Amazon, as it is known, has updated its 7-inch tablet Kindle Fire improved performance and reduced costs by 20% while introducing more advanced 7-inch version of the Kindle Fire HD. It is about the latest and greatest decision we'll talk today, because it seems to be making a bet leading online store for the U.S..

7-inch version of the Kindle Fire HD, Amazon calls the most perfect tablet in its class. That's a bold statement, considering the fact that for the same price sold pretty impressive Google Nexus 7. Could the Amazon outperform alternative solutions in the hardware field?

Kindle Fire HD 7" is reminiscent released this year to market offerings from other manufacturers: its thickness is only 8.8 mm, weight - 395 grams. Around the screen you can see the frame of considerable size, because of which the tablet a little wider than the competition, but not enough to not lie down comfortably in the hand. screen resolution is 1280x800, which corresponds to the characteristics of Nexus 7. Amazon, however, argues that using a polarizing filter and reduce glare.

2-core processor TI OMAP 4460 1.2 GHz and graphics from Imagination Technologies in the Kindle Fire HD 7" ensures smooth operation Amazon-version of Android. But performance was not an issue for the Nexus 7 with its Tegra 3 chip, the same applies and Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. Same can talk about Wi-Fi, although it is quite interesting how support bipolar mode with two Wi-Fi antennas and MIMO in the Kindle can ease everyday life. Amazon says that the rate is 40% higher than any other tablet. However, the 7-inch version of the device with support for 3G/4G absent, in contrast to, for example, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0.

In one area of Amazon can make wonderful suggestions in relation to competitors shops Kindle Store, Amazon MP3, and Instant Video puts the company in second place after Apple (and, probably, in the first place, if the users are primarily interested in reading). Google is trying to improve the environment Google Play, but still lags behind Amazon. As with the original Kindle Fire, it is a good choice for those who use the tablet primarily for entertainment and content consumption. The company claims to have 22 million proposals in the movies, TV shows, songs, apps, games, books, audio books and magazines.

The main characteristics are presented in a detailed comparison, but it is better to wait with the purchase of a machine - perhaps September 12 Apple actually present cheapening 8-inch device, which can dramatically change the balance of power in the mini-tablet? However, when it comes to the cheapest offer, you can make a choice in favor of a new Kindle Fire for $ 160, which uses a lower resolution screen 1024x600, 2-core processor OMAP4430 @ 1,2 GHz, only 8 GB of flash memory, there are no two Wi-Fi antennas and cameras. It is unlikely at this price in the near future anyone but Amazon will offer more interesting features.
